RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The return label is included inside the package. If you wish to return a product, simply use the provided label and follow the included instructions. If the label was not included in the package, please contact us at the following email: lerovyshop@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Several types of products are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Books with obvious signs of use.
- CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
The time it takes for the customer to receive a refund: Within 7-14 business days.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund appears in your account.

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

Please note that return shipping costs are at no charge to you, as we offer free returns. If a refund applies, we will process the full amount without additional deductions.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your product exchange may vary.
If you are returning an item worth over $75, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
